the privacy policy needed a permanent home before the app could be submitted.
What it will do
- Block whole apps on a schedule, on a daily budget, or outright.
- Block a single feed inside an app, leaving the rest of it usable.
- Put a pause and a question between you and an app you open without thinking — with
Not now as an equally easy answer.
- Hold you to it: a PIN, a cooling-off period, and rules that cannot be loosened in a
moment of weakness. With emergency unlocks, because a phone you cannot use in an
emergency is not a wellbeing tool.
What it will never do
- Read your messages, or anything you type.
- Take screenshots.
- Send anything about you anywhere. There is no account and no server.
- Claim to detox or reset your dopamine. That is not how brains work, and we are not going
to pretend otherwise to sell an app.
